St. Cyr Pool and Spa is looking for customer service focused, motivated individuals to become Swimming pool and hot tub technicians. No experience necessary, if you are mechanically inclined and looking to build a career not just a job, we will get you the skills you need. We provide clean new vehicles, state of the art equipment and all the proper tools needed. We have an easy-to-use state of the art, tablet based software system, so you don't have to shuffle through paperwork all day. We are investing in our company and people to grow and break away from the seasonal feast or famine hamster wheel. We have big goals as a company and offer a great pathway to advancement as we grow. Swimming Pool Openings and Closings Equipment Installation, repair and diagnosis Hot tub electrical diagnostics PVC plumbing Pool and spa cleanings and maintenance Water testing and chemistry adjustments Hot tub delivery and installation Lifting objects over 50lbs on regular basis Working outside in all seasonal conditions What we are looking for: Friendly positive attitudes Motivated self-starters eager to learn new skills Detail oriented Reliable and punctual Ability to follow our systems and procedures Great communicator, to speak with customers via phone and in person Ability to work with a team and on your own Safe driver Passionate about delivering a great customer experience If you can bring the above, we will train you on pools and spas. We are developing in house paid training programs. We will also invest in your career by paying for certifications and outside training so you can grow your skills and your paycheck. On top of hourly pay there are bonus and commission opportunities based on performance. Summertime overtime hours will also be available. Pay rate is negotiable based on experience. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required, as well as reliable transportation to our Middleton office. Our service department meets at 7am each morning and can go as late as 5 or 6 during the busy summer season. Some Saturdays will also be required during peak season.
