PARKVIEW PART- TIME JANITORIAL/ MAINTENANCE POSITION Introduction We are a 318 Unit Condominium Complex located at 200 Swanton Street, Winchester, Massachusetts, Position A part-time janitorial/maintenance position for an individual who is self-motivated, dependable, honest, with property cleaning and maintenance skills. This individual should be able to work independently and should be one who takes pride in a job well done. This position requires a 3 day (8 hours per day) work week on a rotating basis including some weekend days. Starting salary is $22.00 per hour. Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to the following: Maintaining the cleanliness of our buildings and grounds, this includes: general cleaning, maintenance duties and assisting in trash removal. Assisting in snow removal and sanding of walkways, stairs, and parking lots when assigned. Qualifications and Requirements High School diploma or GED, able to read, write and speak English fluently. Must be able to pass a CORI/Background check and must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Experience and competency in residential cleaning and maintenance of building and grounds. Capable of performing manual labor and able to lift 50 pounds.
