We are a growing building and remodeling company seeking a full-time skilled laborer. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of remodeling experience and is comfortable with light demolition, drywall, painting, frame/finish carpentry, and tile. We're looking to add a great person to our team, the skills can be learned or sharpened. Candidates must have excellent communication skills. Benefits include health and dental coverage, paid time off, and paid holidays. Our company will provide all necessary tools and a company vehicle for work hours (office is in Natick). More about the company: We specialize in Universal Design and work primarily for homeowners (we develop properties as well). Projects range from small renovations to new home construction. The company projects an annual revenue increase of more than $500k in 2021. The current "team" consists of 2 project managers who simultaneously manage numerous jobs. We are looking to add a crew of skilled in-house laborers as we have plenty of steady work.
