About this Sunday..."Meditation Madness" with Rev. Juan del HierroThink about the energy you create when you become really excited about something. Now, imagine being able to harness the energy of enthusiasm and zeal to create a practice that brings you a greater sense of peace and well-being. Meditation supports us in achieving clarity and calm. It also allows us to heal and recognize our potential more fully. As we enter what is typically known as March Madness, let us focus on the power of becoming "mad" about meditation!
