Looking for a FULLY LICENSED AND EXPERIENCED ONLY home inspector who has considerable knowledge conducting inspections on residential and commercial properties to check for compliance and assess if there is hazard or structural defects. This person must be responsible, reliable and must have a valid drivers license, own vehicle with/insurance, own tools and medical insurance. Requirements: Must be Fully Licensed and experienced Speak and write english (Will have to type inspection reports) Have a smart phone(Our software requires it to do inspections) Have own vehicle(with Ins.) and ladder, needed to get on roofs Able to work on inclined and flat surfaces Flexible schedule (Monday thru Saturday, Sundays is a plus) YOU MUST BE RESPONSIBLE AND RELIABLE!!!!
