Looking for reliable Handyman WITH EXPERIENCE! Someone who is looking for long term employment with steady pay, in a growing company. Looking for operators as well as helpers! MUST: - be proficient in Electrical, Plumbing and general construction skills. (knowledge in A/C and appliances will be very beneficial) - have general tools - be able to communicate in English (in order to communicate with tenants and members of the company) *SPANISH SPEAKERS WELCOME* *MUST HAVE TRANSPORTATION* (mandatory) If you are NOT a general handyman, BUT you do have a specific skills such as: - partition work - cement work - compound & drywall work - plumbing - electrical - painter Please apply and specify your skill!
