Team Leader Job Duties: • Assists team to accomplish project whenever necessary (including cleaning) • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Assists management with new team member training • Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals • Ensures company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards • Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards. • Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes. • Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures. • Completes operations by assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals, • Communicates deadlines and goals to team members • Plans, monitors, and appraises job results. • Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines • Manages inventories and stock in the van, including keeping detailed records of inventory use and advising Supervisor and management on ordering where necessary • Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks • Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance • Update members on best practices and continuing expectations • Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and developing personal growth opportunities. • Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, employees. • Conducts training. • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations. Team Leader Skills and Qualifications: • Team Leadership Experience, Product Knowledge and Industry Experience, Leadership Skills, Strong Communication Skills, Motivational Skills, Results-Oriented, Employee Training Experience, Self-Motivation, Strong, Customer Service Skills • Excellent written and oral English communication skills • Written and oral fluency in Spanish a plus • A valid driver's license and an active smartphone are essential • OSHA 30 (a plus)
