Mobile City Home Park is looking for an experienced maintenance person, part time, working into full time as seasons change and work load demands. Must have maintenance/construction experience, preferably mobile home repair/maintenance knowledge. Duties to include minor plumbing and electrical repair; laying sub-floor; installing laminate, vinyl and linoleum flooring; painting; garbage pick up; landscaping; vehicle maintenance and minor repairs; snow plowing and other light construction as needed. Must be reliable with a strong work ethic and ability to adjust to changing priorities and projects. Must be customer service oriented, have the ability to get along with tenants and co-workers and be able to work in a team atmosphere.
