Join Skål Beer Hall for a six course beer pairing dinner as part of our Valhalla Dinner Series! Sound the horns... the Valhalla Dinner Series is back! To kick us off in 2021, we welcome our friends from Dru Bru up in snowy Snoqualmie Pass. They join us on Sunday 3/14 for a six course dinner and beer pairing worthy of the gods! There will be two sessions at 2p and 6p. We'll be featuring a wide range of beer styles from Dru Bru. Five courses will include an 8oz beer. The menu for the evening includes: Warm Up: Smoked Trout and Chive Dip with 100% rye toast paired with KölschFrom the Cauldron: Wild Boar Goulash paired with Black Lager (on Nitro)From the Sea: Steckerlfisch with hand cut frites paired with Hazy Session IPAIntermezzo: Grapefruit Hefeweizen GranitaFrom the Woods: Braised Hunter’s Venison with Roasted Golden Beets paired with RauchbierFrom the Baker: German Chocolate Cake paired with Barrel Aged AlpenatorYou'll have the opportunity to hear from and engage with Dru & team as well as our Executive (bearded) Chef, Jon, in an intimate setting. The majority of our tables will be inside the warmth of the beer hall near the roaring fire! We'll also have four tables outside under our heated pergola on Ballard Ave. You will be at a table with only your party. Masks will be required unless sitting at a table eating/drinking.
