CHESAPEAKE REAL PRODUCERS SPRING SOCIAL 2021 (Partners RSVP only) Hi CRP Preferred Partner! We are ready to host our next Spring Social which will be an In-Person event. Thank you in advance to our generous sponsor partners for making this event possible. Sponsorships for this event are SOLD OUT. Please let me know if you are interested in Sponsoring our next event in June. We need to make sure the event is appropriately balanced therefore partner's attendance will be limited. These few spots will go quick so you must RSVP right away or you will not be guaranteed a spot. There is only one spot per company available unless you are a sponsor in which you are allowed one guest. You must register for your guest asap or you may donate your ticket to an agent on the waiting list. **Please note: this is a voluntary event and we understand if you are not ready to get together in a group setting so please do not feel obligated. If you are still interested in making a donation in lieu of attending, you can do so here. Just use the donation-only option. Any amount is welcomed! Our Spring Social will be hosted on Thursday, March 18th from 11 am to 1 pm, at the Annapolis Waterfront Hotel Ballroom/Rooftop. This event will also double as a charity drive (tickets will be sold to all attendees (except sponsors,) with ALL proceeds donated to Burgers and Bands Suicide Prevention.) Here is an outline of what to expect: -Overall attendance will max out at 50, per current limits set due to COVID. This is first -ome, first serve- so attendance will not be a guarantee for all partners. Limit one ticket per partner. Please do not wait to RSVP as the available tickets for preferred partners will go quickly. -This venue has a heated tent on their rooftop space, along with a ballroom space outfitted with round tables. We are operating this event at a reduced capacity to make sure of proper social distancing space allotment. -Valet parking is available at the hotel as well as several parking lots are close by. -Dress is business casual. Masks must be worn inside the hotel at all times, unless you are seated, eating, or drinking. -COVID safety measures are still a requirement. Masks will be provided at check-in and hand sanitizer is available throughout the space. Signed disclaimers and contact information will also be requested at the door for contact tracing. Extra staff is being provided by the venue to make sure safety measures are taken with food service.
