Big hole on the north Michigan Rd

79th st near Michigan Rd, Indianapolis IN

Hello all drivers, there is a big hole on the Michigan Rd between 71th and 79th st, north direction, right lane, hit my front right tire and also damage the wheel. Who should responsive for this issue: Indy transportation department, or Indy road department? They did not repair it, they also did not set up a warning mark there. Take care, all drivers.
