Who doesn't LOVE Girl Scout Cookies?! Come join us in historic downtown Middletown for a family-friendly Cookie Walk! Who doesn't LOVE Girl Scout Cookies?!  Come join us in historic downtown Middletown for a family-friendly Cookie Walk!  After checking in at the beautiful Windamere, you will walk to different shops, eateries and establishments to get 8 different Girl Scout cookies.  For our 21 and older friends, each "Cookie Stop" will have a specially selected wine pairing available for purchase (not included in ticket price, sold separately at each location).  Girl Scout cookie in one hand......paired wine in another.......does it get any better?!  (The Downtown Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) will be in effect, allowing you to sip and stroll between stops!) PS- We hear that Cookie Monster will be Downtown for a special guest appearance and looking for cookies himself.....be sure to snag your tickets before they're gone! How it Works: Check-In will begin at 12 p.m. at The Windamere, located at 2 S. Main Street in downtown Middletown. It is here that you will trade your ticket for your cookie tasting map!  Cookie tastings (and wine pairings) will be located inside various local businesses & buildings throughout downtown Middletown.  Wine pairings will be paid directly at the stop ($2 each) or full glasses will be available for purchase as well.  There is a bit of walking involved, so make sure you wear comfortable shoes, but have no fear-  this is a cookie event, not a fitness event!  The hours of the event are 12p.m. to 4 p.m, you may check-in at the Windamere anytime during this time. Tickets: Tickets are $10 and include 8 different Girl Scout cookies as well as a box (your choice!) of Girl Scout cookies to go home if you complete your passport!  And don't forget!  Our 21 and older friends will also have the opportunity to purchase a specially selected wine pairing at each cookie stop.  Cheers! FAQs: COVID Protocols- All visitors will be required to wear a mask unless eating or drinking. We also ask that you remember to keep socially distanced . Do not attend if you have a fever or not feeling well. We will have hand sanitizer stations throughout the event. Is there a minimum age requirements for the event? No!  The Girl Scout Cookie Walk & Scavenger Hunt is for all ages- $10/ticket.   Bring the whole family or your Wine Tribe!  If you are interested in purchasing the wine pairings at each location, you must be 21+.  Please bring valid ID with you.  This event is family friendly but also a lot of fun for a group of friends looking for a unique, wine event! Do kiddos under 3 years need a ticket? If they want a free box of cookies to take home, yes.  Otherwise, they will be eligible for a complimentary COOKIE MONSTER CARD which allows them to get 3 of the cookies to taste along the walk with a family member who has purchased a ticket. What are my transportation/parking options? There are multiple free parking lots in and around downtown Middletown, including free street parking on Central Avenue and Main St. and the parking lot at the Windamere. Event check in is at the Windamere (2. South Main Street).  Please come in the front doors. When you complete the walk and scavenger hunt, you will return to the Windamere to exchange your completed passport for your free box of Girl Scout Cookies to take home. Is this event rain or shine?
