Handyman for Rentals

Description

I am looking for a part or full-time handyman (meaning I'm open to more than 1 person). Be great with shifting between multiple projects. You'd work for me full-time, and I can be flexible if you pickup a side project now and then. I have several rental properties and things run from minor repairs to updating a bathroom or overall improving amenities between tenants. You need to be able to work alone at times. Would prefer to start with cash for at least a month or two. Longer if you prefer, but cash at least until we decide it's a good long-term fit. Basic tools required, the rest provided. You need your own reliable transportation. Must be a non-smoker with no physical/health issues. Willing to consider background issues if you're upfront about them.
