Lawn care and landscaping company in Pasadena is now looking to hire an experienced Crew Leadman. The crew leadman is responsible for driving the company truck, leading and training the crew members and ensure good quality workmanship. Requirements: • Minimum of 3 Years of experience as crew leadman. • Must have own reliable transportation • Must be able to legally work in the US and have a valid driver’s license. • Must be able to pass a background check. • Must be bilingual (English / Spanish). • High school diploma is preferred but not required. • Must possess good knowledge in the operation and basic maintenance of different equipment such as commercial mowers, weed eaters, chainsaws and shrub trimmers. • Capable to lift up to 60 Lbs. • Must be able to work outdoors in almost all types of weather conditions. • Must be dependable, detail oriented, punctual, and a team player • Must be able to work under pressure, meet critical deadlines and handle difficult situations as required Work Schedule: Day shift, Monday -Friday with occasional Saturdays. 40-45 hrs./week MUST be able to work overtime as required.
