Hi, My name is Kevin, I own a construction company where I primarily do Bathrooms and Kitchens. I need 2 guys. The ideal individual needs to be able to work on his own, doing tile work, hardwood installation, drywall installation, cabinet installs, window installs, waterproofing, custom shower bases. Electrical knowledge, plumbing knowledge, paining abilities, and general construction knowledge. Must have a reliable vehicle & cellphone, must be willing to work Monday - Saturday 8am-5pm and lift 50+ pounds. Not everyone will know all the skills listed above, that’s absolutely fine, but must be able to do most, or at least have some knowledge of other skills and be willing to learn. My company is growing rapidly and I am constantly running around or working on other projects I can not hire someone that can not be left alone, or that needs extensive training! I need to be able to depend on this person to grow and evolve with the company. I am constantly investing in the company, I want to make this as big as possible, and as the company grows so will you! I invested way too much into my last guy to be let down. I am willing to put all of me into someone if they are worth it! Short term, it might not be the most profitable job, but long term I intend on having this person as a lead for a team of guys. If your tired of being at companies where it’s just the same old thing, where you feel like your not going to grow, where you can see your self in the same exact place in 5 years from where you are now, that’s not the place to be.
