URGENT RE-HOMING: TRAINED

Quick Facts: 1 year old, male, neutered, chipped, all shots up to date (all vet records and paperwork). Breed is German Shepherd and Staffordshire Terrier mix. Very strong foundation of training, is fully potty trained, kennel trained, and house broken. Re-homing for $50 (open to discussion). Due to several sudden and unforeseen extenuating circumstances, I must re-home my dog. He truly is an absolutely amazing dog; he has so much personality, and he is extremely smart. Got him when he was about 8 weeks old, he just turned 1 year old at the beginning of Feb. I am the only owner he has known his whole first year of life. He is incredibly sweet and loving, and he has been raised as an inside dog. He is fully potty trained, kennel trained, house broken, already knows many other commands (sit, lay, high five, double high five, shake, stay…so many more). Reason for re-homing is absolutely NOT a training or behavioral issue; it is based on my personal health conditions and changes. He is high energy since he is still a young puppy, and he deserves a more interactive and fitting home than what I can offer him. Best home for him would be to an active individual or couple with no other pets or small children that would continue to keep him as an inside dog with regular/daily exposure to outdoor activities (running, playing, hiking, etc.). Does get along with other dogs, but prefers to be the center of attention.
