1 year old American Black Lab Rehoming

This completely breaks my heart but we need to rehome our dog, Chara. He is 1 years old. Full blooded American Black Lab. He weighs about 80 lbs He has not been neutered. Kennel trained, house broken. Absolutely amazing with my two girls (ages 2 and 5). He is the biggest love. He has never shown any signs if aggression. He knows out, sit, lay and stay. Needs work walking on a leash. He is up to date on his shots. He receives heart worm medicine every month. We just don't have the time he deserves. He spends too much time in his kennel and its just not fair to him. He will come with his paperwork, kennel, bowls and 2 bags of food. I am going to be selective and will require a rehoming fee of 800.00 for him. Please don't ask me to lower the fee. He is worth every single penny and I want to make sure he goes to a great home.
