Have a bird that's a bit too much?

Hello Everyone. I'm a big fan of birds. I've had them for years. Talking to a few other bird minded folks I've become aware of a problem and I'm testing something out here. Okay the problem is this. Birds can be one of those pets people get on an impulse. Maybe for a son or daughter or because they were under the impression they were easier to take care of. Something in that ball field. As a consequence of this a lot of birds end up cage bound. This can cause many problems. Both physically and with their temperament. Even early death. I'm looking for anyone that has a bird in this situation. This isn't a judgment thing. I totally get it. The little guys take a lot of work and love. I want to provide a new home for these guys. Now let me be clear. I will NOT be flipping these birds. This isn't for profit. It's a good cause and good practice for me. As I'm thinking of starting a bird training business in the next couple months (fingers crossed). If this experiment goes well I may decide to open a rescue instead. It would be so nice to get these guys to owners that can have happy lives with. At time if posting I've actually been this about 3 years. I'm happy to take almost any bird with the exception of a bird in need of constant medical care. Buddgie, conure, cockatiel, love bird, cockatoo, amazon, anyone is welcome.
