Project for a carpenter or skilled handy person

I need this dog ramp built, except it will need to be 9' long and 30.5" tall (the rest of the measurements would be the same as in the listing). The ramp will live outside, so the materials need to be weather durable. Would need to be able to handle up to a 80 lb dog. Would want it to be as light as possible, without compromising stability or durability. If you've got this skills for this project, let's talk. Thanks!
