EXPERIENCED part time meter reader

-I have 3 days (20 hours or less) of meter reading work needing to be completed on the 6th-7th-8th every month at three Mobile Home Parks in American Canyon, Concord & Bethel Island. -This IS permanent work but advertised as a gig because that is all the work I have available at this time and the restricted/narrow schedule for work completion. -There may be MORE work in the area in the future but can not guarantee. -Experience is absolutely necessary, as is the physical ability to walk, bend, and kneel for hours each day while collecting and recording numeric data. -There are hazards including fences and gates, blocking automobiles and resident possessions, vicious and OVER friendly canines and weather extremes all the while keeping the tight schedule. -We do NOT pay mileage but pay for travel TIME depending on where you reside in relation to the work sites. -Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets required and constant contact during the read/work cycle -Smart phone absolutely necessary, we prefer Androids. -Valid driver license and auto insurance required. -Understanding of the benefits and limitations (for you and us) of the classification "independent contractor". -paid training at $14/hour=cash -training can begin as soon as March 6th.
