Local company seeking full-time groundskeeper for our several acre 200-unit campus: Ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and trustworthy. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Ensure grounds are clean and clear of debris including landscaping and amenities. • Perform basic maintenance duties such as air filter replacement, gutter cleaning, power washing, turnover cleaning, and painting.
