I'm looking for part time help with my landscaping business. Right now I work alone and find myself in need of some help on some upcoming projects. Immediately, I need help with a clean up project, mostly picking up yard debris and loading it into my trailer. Other upcoming projects include: digging holes and planting shrubs, preparing and laying sod, moving soil for garden beds, planting gardens, drip systems, irrigation and lots more. I have flexibility about scheduling projects, some weeks I may need help two/three days in a row and other weeks just one day or no help. Depends on work load and your eagerness to help out. I prefer you to have own transportation, but not a requirement. Pretty much all my work is in Santa Rosa. Must be able to handle the physical labor, lift at least 50lbs, all that stuff. Willing to train the right person but some experience is a bonus. Offering $15-$25 per hour depending on specific jobs and your efforts. I'll usually tell you the potential per hour beforehand. The majority of my work is maintenance, mow, edge blow type work. So, this job may turn into a more full time position depending on lots of factors. I'm just posting this to see who's out there. I've been landscaping for over 20 years, I'm a licensed contractor. I love what I do and am looking for someone to share my knowledge with.
