looking for music practice space

Hi, I'm a musician moving to the area and looking for a space to practice and record on occasion. I play the drums and guitar. My apartment will not be allowing me to practice there. Only need about a 6x6 space. A garage, spare room, shed or really anything will do. Let me know what you have! Also please let me know what you think would be a reasonable price per month. I'm willing to work with you on practice times etc. I would be down to jam as well! Thanks! :) Posted this in housing- parking and storage spaces as well. Not sure where it belongs better.
