Serial Flasher Loose In Tampa; Police Seek Help Identifying Him

TAMPA, FL — Tampa Police Department detectives are seeking the public's help to identify a flasher who has exposed himself to several women. In the early morning hours of Jan. 17 and again on Jan. 19, the white man flashed women at the Post Hyde Park Apartments. On Jan. 20, again in the early morning hours, he exposed himself to another woman at the Pierhouse at Channelside apartment complex. In this case, the man was captured on surveillance camera. The flasher may be driving an older-model Buick Enclave. Anyone who has information that could help identify this man is asked to contact Tampa Police at 813-276-3200.
