We are currently seeking a dependable floor lead. This position pays $14.25/hr. The shift is M-F, 7am-3:30p. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Open facility every morning between 6:45a and 7a. This is the most important task, as the employee will be trusted with a key and a code. The employee needs to be consistently and reliably punctual, and needs to understand the importance of communicating immediately and/or ahead of time with their superiors in the event they’ll be detained/delayed from this task. Other duties will include but not be limited to: Delegate daily tasks (DT) and side projects (SP) for warehouse team Assist warehouse team with DT & SP, cleaning the facility, taking out trash, etc. Maintain pace of the floor to ensure DT & SP are being done on time Prioritize SP with DT to ensure work is done within a given shift and/or by a given deadline Lead the warehouse team by example in professionalism, work performance, initiative, desire to learn and grow, etc. Provide feedback to Warehouse Supervisor regarding overall performance of warehouse team Oversee the completion of various forms, such as daily lift maintenance form, order pulling performance form, etc. The following skills/experience are preferred but not required: Leadership Training Computer (scanning, MS Office) Forklift
