Dog seen in this area 02/23/2021 around 9pm Injured and very scared. The dog was wearing a collar orange/red it was really dark so I couldn't tell. We tried to get the dog to stop and give it snacks but it was very scared and just kept running away. I believe there is an owner out there and just wanted to post what area we seen this dog! Shiba Inu- Tannish/White Color
