Grants Pass Downs is looking for 3 hard-working individuals with construction labor experience, integrity, and the ability to work independently. This is a temporary, seasonal position that pays $15 per hour. Qualifications: • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check • Willingness to work a varied schedule each week • Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather including extreme conditions • Must have reliable transportation and be punctual and reliable Physical Requirements: • Use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls • Able to do repetitive movements – bend and lift, in one shift with little break in between • Balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch • Talk and hear • Team lift steel panels weighing approximately 150 lbs. and carry short distances repeatedly for 8 hours or more per day during stall assembly or disassembly periods • Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus • Be at least 18 years of age.
