I am renting a 28' foot boat slip in private community. The slip comes with water and electric. You will get your own code to access the dock. The dock is located at Dockside at Gulf landings in New Port Richey. Easy access to/from the gulf. A 20 minute boat ride from dock to north channel off Gulf Harbors. The slip does not currently have a lift. I am putting a 10K pound lift with remote and limit switches. Come enjoy your private dock and avoid the chaos at the ramp.
