Booty By Bless banded workout class brought to you by The Moonstone Table Event Co. Please bring a yoga mat, exercise band*, towel and water for a 45 minute Tabata interval, booty workout class! Workout starts at 10:30 am; please arrive on time to set up your mat and join us after for refreshments and swag bags!
