Pedal Commander looking for Shipping & Receiving team members to join our Automotive team! Duties and Responsibilities: -Shipping using Shipstation as well as receiving. -Ability to lift up to 40lbs occasionally. -Develop deep awareness of our products to address user inquiries that include, but are not limited to product compatibility, benefits/features, installation requirements, and basic application troubleshooting. -Professionally respond to and resolve Shipping & Receiving issues, exchanges, returns, refunds, shipping, and complaints. -Attention to detail and strong organizational skills -Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment -Excellent written and oral communication skills Preferred Qualifications: -Bilingual desired but not required - Can read and write in Spanish -Automotive knowledge is a plus!
