Learn how to join pieces of metal through the different types of welding in this 12 hour study course. WELDING 101 - 12 Hour Study Learn how to join pieces of metal through the different types of welding! This course will offer an overview of different welding processes emphasizing sound welds with sufficient penetration. Participants are encouraged to bring their own ideas and aesthetics.  Creative guidance will focus on the creation of garden/yard art with scrap metal.  Limited metal will be supplied. Unless specific in the description of the course, participants are encouraged to discuss individual projects with staff to ensure proper materials are obtained. Additional materials and fees will be the participant's responsibility.
