This position functions as goodwill ambassadors for the Center City area. CSRs are uniformed patrol that represents the Center City District in a positive, friendly, and welcoming manner. Responsibilities include support of events sponsored by the Center City District, a working relationship with the police, provide information about sites of interest, current entertainment and events, assist tourists and interact with all visitors, residents, and businesses within the Center City District. This is an outside position requiring candidate to walk in various weather conditions. CSRs work a steady schedule on either a day or evening shift including one weekend day per week and some holidays. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of two (2) years of college in a related field such as tourism or hospitality, security or a combination of education and work experience. Interested candidate must have experience in customer service. Applicant should have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and have a stable work history. Applicant must be able to pass a background investigation including criminal history and child abuse clearance, reference check, physical and drug screening.
