Updated at 1:56 p.m.: The road has been reopened to traffic. Earlier — BUCKINGHAM, PA — Route 413 will be closed between Upper Mountain Road and Lower Mountain Road for PECO pole repair. Traffic is being diverted at Route 263 and New Hope Road. Drivers are asked to use an alternative route and to avoid the area. There is no timetable for reopening as of Tuesday morning.
