Our gentle class will promote healing, intention, and mindful flow, giving you the freedom to bloom. You’ll leave feeling aligned and rejuvenated, as well as with some new business besties! Want to find your accountability amigas and new grove. This is a safe space for all levels. No previous yoga experience is required. Covid procedures are being taken to ensure your safety. Everyone must wear a mask, temperature checks will be done at the beginning of the event.
