Hiring for: Crew Leader, Climbing/Bucket Arborist, Ground worker. Employment type: Full-time &/or part-time. We are a full-service tree care company located in Fargo, ND. We prune and remove trees, shrubs, and stumps for residential and commercial customers. We are currently accepting applications for crew leader, climber/bucket operator & ground personnel. We are a small company with one crew. The level of experience doesn't matter as much as a strong work ethic, positive attitude, honesty, willingness to learn, and a passion for excellence. We take pride in our work and strive to do the best we can for the trees and our customers. We are committed to safety and insist the same from you. Personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, helmets, chainsaw pants are required. Pay depends on: Experience, abilities, & responsibilities. Paid weekly. Qualifications: *Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation *Must be physically fit, able to lift more than 50 lbs *Able/willing to work long hours in a variety of challenging weather conditions *Must have a clean and professional appearance Responsibilities for all positions: *Promote and encourage safety culture to help protect yourself, the team, and the public from harm *Implementation of work site & work zone safety procedures such as setting up cones, signs, danger tape *Assist all team members working on the ground and aloft *Assisting the with tree gear and equipment preparation *Loading, unloading, and hauling of equipment *Job site and customer property protection *Assisting in removal and pruning of trees *Dragging, loading, hauling, cleanup of tree branches, logs, debris *Detail orientated raking and yard cleanup *Operate and maintain chippers, chainsaws, and all other equipment safely *Driving, backing, dumping, and parking duties Additional responsibilities for Arborist/Crew Leader: *Promote and encourage safety culture to help protect yourself, the team, and the public from harm *Assess job site, create job plan, oversee safety site protocols, assign tasks, oversee job from start to end *Customer interaction *Communication with entire team *Proper pruning and removal of trees *Proper climbing and bucket truck techniques If this sounds interesting and you would enjoy working outdoors don’t hesitate to send me an email.
