Volt Workforce Solutions is hiring for general laborers in Hawley, Minnesota. Day shift: Hours 6am to 5pm M-F $21.50 Night Shift: 5pm to 3am M-F $23.50 Want to make some good money? Learn to handle a Forklift or Overhead Crane? Join our team of Laborers and perform various duties on a crew that assist in setting up forms, carrying materials to the form and positioning these materials in the form, pouring concrete, and finishing off the concrete in the form. Job Duties:Work with hand tools such as grinders, drills, etc.Operate Company Forklifts (willing to train if no experience).Experience working with concrete, pouring, leveling and finishing off concrete.Overhead crane operator experience (willing to train if no experience). Qualifications:Physically able to lift, bend, stoop, climb. Have adequate knowledge of the English language and be able to communicate with members of the team.Authorized forklift operator or willingness to learn the skills for operating a forklift.Be experienced in operating overhead crane (willing to train).Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently.Standing, walking constantly, climbing, kneeling, crouching frequently, balancing, stooping, and crawling occasionally.
