Approves transactions within assigned authority level while ensuring that policies and procedures are followed. Cross sells ECU products and services. Assist members with opening accounts and loans. Accurately and efficiently process members financial transactions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier’s checks, money orders and cash advances. Handle member questions and concerns professionally. Provide a great experience to each and every member. Understanding of credit union operations. Balance cash drawer daily. Learn and continually improve as a Financial Service Representative. Follow credit union policies and procedures. Staying current on credit union products and services and upselling. Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish. High School degree preferred.  2+ years Financial Service Representative or Teller experience. Ability to operate computers and business equipment. Good math skills Dependable Cash handling skills Schedule/Location: Available Monday thru Friday 8:45 to 5 (at times 6). Saturday’s 7:45 am to 1 pm Available to work at any of our 5 locations (Oswego, North Aurora, Yorkville, Aurora and Montgomery)
