Benefits for full time employees: - Competitive pay - Bonus potential - Paid advanced training/certification - Tool and boot reimbursement program - Paid Time Off - Holiday Paid Time Off - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - Life and Disability Insurance - Housing Discounts Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Assists in completing work orders assigned to them in a timely manner based on priority • Assists in Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy • Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications • Assists in preventative maintenance as assigned • Assists in maintaining and keeping a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas • Assists in exterior structural maintenance as needed • May assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members • Snow removal (when applicable) • Other duties and special projects as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Experience required: • High school diploma or equivalent • 6+ months’ experience in general maintenance • Some dry walling experience including painting and carpentry • Basic knowledge of electrical, and plumbing • Have good verbal and written communication • Problem solving skills • Be able to provide great customer service to our residents “A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.” Equal Opportunity Employer
