JOB SUMMARY Cleans condos on a regular basis for short term rental management company. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Thoroughly cleans one, two or three bedroom condos meeting company guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing including, but not limited to disinfecting, vacuuming, washing floors, and garbage removal. REQUIREMENTS Must have liability insurance Must have reliable transportation Able to pass a background check Smartphone needed to access scheduling/messaging app Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Flat rate pay based on size of property 2-4 units per day Must be available on weekends Bilingual a plus Bonus - Make homes look presentable and appealing.
