Press release from the City of Phoenix: February 22, 2021 Friday, February 26, is the last day for registered voters to request an early ballot by mail for the upcoming City of Phoenix Runoff Election for Districts 3 and 7. In this election, voters who reside in City Council Districts 3 and 7 will elect Council Members for a four-year term beginning April 19, 2021. Individuals who wish to vote in person rather than mail, can visit any voting site. In-person early voting is available now until Friday, March 5, 2021 at Phoenix City Hall (200 W. Washington St). Voting centers will open on Saturday, March 6, Monday, March 8 and Tuesday, March 9, 2021. Locations and hours can be found at phoenix.gov/elections or by calling 602-261-8683. Accessible voting devices that permit voters with disabilities to vote independently are available at all in-person voting locations.
