HUNTSVILLE, AL — Mountain Brook's wrestling team has a strong finish in the Alabama High School Athletic Association's Championship tournament last week, as 12 Spartan qualified for the state championships. Mountain Brook wrestlers who qualified for the tournament (weight class in parentheses) were: Jude Smith (113)Stuart Andrews (120)Nathan McCain (126)Harrison England (132)Coleman Bates (138)Gray Ortis (145)Woody Fipps (152)Kamp McMinn (160)Will Robinson (170)Michael Lorino (182)John McKimmon (195)William Courtanay (220)McKimmon finished second, Ortiz finished third, Fipps finished seventh and England finished eighth.
