Producer/Writer Looking for collabs

Hello, I'm a independent producer looking for other independent producers, actors or writers to collab with. My current goal is to get a fan base off of youtube and grow from their. Having short films and feature films would be pointless if we can't get anyone to watch it. I am currently attempting comedy with my talks and very few animation on youtube. (Link below) And seeking other individuals who are doing the same, likely on their own like me with little to no help. I could be behind the camera recording you or I can be in front of the camera. Sorry to say, but as of right now, I am not looking create 10-20 man production crew anytime soon. I'm not making any money off what I am doing so I feel like it is wrong to "hire" people for free. Seeking to start off small with 2 two 3 other individuals, keeping ideas contained and straight forward with what we have and what we agreed on. Having a small group getting together to talk and agree on working on an idea for free, because we think that it is the best course of action, just feels better because we'll fail together and grow together. Its preferable if we live near without having to deal with commute. Long travel times could really be a killer.
