Description

We are currently seeking a Shop Hand/Mechanic to become an integral part of our team! You will diagnose, adjust, repair, and overhaul trailers and install trailer hitches and wiring. Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair trailers Perform routine trailer maintenance Hitch installation on vehicles (including gooseneck and 5th wheel hitches) Trailer wiring on vehicles (4 flat, 7 way, brake controllers etc.) Cleaning and general shop work Qualifications: Knowledge of 12V trailer wiring systems, Trailer axles, and brakes Be able to lift up to 50lbs. at times, squat, or kneel for extended periods of time Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Deadline and detail-oriented Previous experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or other related fields Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
