Welders helper/Fabricators assistant (Tempe ((near ASU)) compensation: $15+ HR depending on experience / paychecks issued weekly Like working with metal? Have some welding and fabrication experience? We are a smaller local fab shop that has been producing custom metal products for commercial and scenic applications for over 20yrs! Everything we fabricate is unique!! We are busy so part time or full time okay! We are looking for a man or woman that has "clean living" as a first priority, this individual must be goal oriented with a strong work ethic. We encourage a creative mind with mechanical aptitude as a must. The individual must be able to envision a completed project as the quality of product is what is most important! We also are looking for a person with powder coating experience, spraying hanging prep work. Any experience in the powder coating industry is a plus. Looking for the same qualities as above for the applicants. (1)Must pass a drug test (2)Pay will be based on experience and work ethic (3)Must be able to lift 75lbs (4)Must have reliable transportation to work (5)Must work well with others (6)Must have good personal hygiene (7)Must pass a drug test!!!!!
