I am a general contractor out of Akron. We cover all of northeast Ohio doing residential/commercial remodeling and maintenance. I am looking to hire sub contractors or employees for additional help with our work. Communication is very important and you must work well with others. Flexible schedule, negotiable pay based on experience. I would appreciate a resume + a conversation about any prior criminal history you have/may have, child support you haven’t payed, etc. requirements -previous construction or maintenance experience -must fill out a w-9 or w-2 -must have a license -must have a vehicle, preferably a truck or van -must have at minimum power tools, handtools, toolbelt, and be willing to purchase anything you might be missing within your first 30 days. -must be a problem solver Example pay ranges $10-15/hr -helper/semi skilled $15/hr-$18/hr - semi skilled $18-$30/ hr - skilled labor Flat Payouts are offered on certain jobs and would be determined on each project prior to starting.
