Almost Home Boarding and Training is looking for a dependable individual with a passion for animals to help with kennel operations and Doggie Daycare. Duties include (but are not limited to) cleaning dog runs, cat condos, and overall facility; assisting with doggie daycare sessions and preparation, laundry, washing dishes, preparing meals, & caring for boarding dogs. Must be able to handle dogs of all sizes. Can not be allergic to any animals. Must have stamina, energy, be able to endure long periods of standing, walking, and be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be self-motivated, follow directions, policies and procedures, and have the ability to multitask. The position is part time with possibility to progress into full time. Must have reliable transportation. This position requires working weekends and holiday shifts. Health Insurance and vacation available for full time employees. Vacation time available for full time and part time employees. Salary: $11.00 to $12.00/hour with possibility of advancement with proficiency of skills and continued growth.
