We are looking for a reliable handyman to work with our company to undertake repair tasks on the interior or exterior of residential multifamily buildings. We’ll rely on you to keep our facilities in excellent condition by doing the job once and doing it right the first time. Skillful hands and technical knowledge are important parts of a handyman’s arsenal. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly. Responsibilities -Perform maintenance and light repairs -Framing and drywall installation -Patch, prime, and paint walls, ceilings, moldings, casing, etc. -Undertake light installation -Electrical, plumbing and HVAC minor repairs -Identify and report the need for major repairs Requirements -Proven handyman with 5+ years of experience -Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment -Good understanding of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems -Good math skills -Good communication ability -Well-organized and apt in problem-solving -Attention to detail -High school diploma or equivalent -Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred Rate is based on knowledge and experience.
