JCM Maintenance, LLC is seeking a part-time to possibly full-time Janitorial Lead / Sales. The position does involved some outdoor sales travel and has the possibility to work from home. The hourly rate is $17.00 per hour. Looking for someone who is bi-lingual also. The Janitorial Lead/Manager must be a team player who provides customer service, training, problem solving and excellent communication skills. The Janitor Lead will work in conjunction with maintenance staff in regards to covering shifts, customer complaints and obtaining new customers via sales outreach. Requirements * Drivers License - Clean record preferred * Previous Sales Experience * Knowledge of commercial or residential building cleaning services * Must be Bi-lingual * Excellent communication skills / Customer Service Experience: * Experience with janitorial routine * Customer Service * Sales * Management Abilities: * Knowledge of janitorial cleaning processes * Availability to assist other janitorial staff * Good communication skills; able to understand and follow directions * Flexibility and reliability * Ability to bend and lift up to 50lbs * Problem solving skills to assist with client complaints Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities: The main purpose of this position is to assist in growing our business within the Southern California region and obtain new clients via outside sales or via telephone sales. Occasionally, you will also assist with other hourly janitorial associates when problems arise or should our current clients have concerns.
