Wanted: After School Babysitter or Respite Worker

Looking to hire an after-school babysitter for my 7 y.o. daughter and 8 y.o. high-functioning autistic son.  Must be able to pick children up from school punctually at 1:50 pm (PS 84 Williamsburg, Brooklyn).  We live within walking distance from the school.  Typical hours will be from 1:50 pm - 6 pm Monday - Friday. Possible occasional school holidays, early dismissals, or date-nights. $20 per hour about 20 hours per week.  Applicant will be an employee of the Respite / Community Habilitation agency called Hand-in-Hand (https://hihfs.org/). Must be legally able to work in the US and able to pass fingerprint, reference, and background checks.  Other Musts: High-energy  Patient Attentive Punctual The kids like to play at the playground after school.  Applicant will need to watch the children closely and mediate playground disputes.  Homework help as needed, snack preparation, light housework (getting kids to clean messes made after school), may include walking kids to classes within the neighborhood.
