We are looking for Non-CDL Drivers that are team players and can provide the best customer service to our customers. This position is full-time and reports to the Transportation Manager. Job Description: Responsible for the local delivery of produce to pre-determined customers on a specific route in a safe and timely manner. Load and unload truck with pallet jack and or hand truck. Pick up return of produce according to company return policy and ensuring the correct paperwork has been completed. Interact with all Charlie’s Produce customers in a professional manner and maintain effective communication regarding customer problems and requests. Collect signatures on invoices and collecting payment when required. No overnight runs. Requirements: Good Attendance Valid Medical Card Good Safety Record Clean Drivers Abstract preferred Proven Customer Service Skills 1yr driving experience Must be flexible to work weekends Must pass Charlies drive test, background check & UA testing This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the Social Security Administration and if necessary the Department of Homeland Security with information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.
